Attention Nunda Township Property Owners
The McHenry County Board of Review has completed the assessment appeals for the 2024 assessment year. The McHenry County Board of Review final decisions will be mailed March 5, 2025. Property owners that filed an appeal with the Board of Review and do not agree with the decision by the board are given 30 days to appeal the Board of Review decision to the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. If you choose to appeal the Board of Review decision the 30-day appeal period begins with the date on the notice of final decision.
